How to Enroll in the Quality Matters Network
Family Child Care educators and assistants are invited to join Quality Matters for 2026–2027
The Quality Matters network supports Family Child Care educators and assistants through coaching, training, resources, and a community of peers dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences.
To enroll for the 2026–2027 program year, you must attend one of our free information sessions. Attendance is mandatory, and enrollment ends September 30, 2026.

Who Can Enroll?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a licensed Family Child Care Home (FCCH) owner
- Are an assistant teacher at an enrolled FCCH site
- Operate a Family Child Care Home in Santa Clara County
- Serve children from birth to age 5
- Have a license in good standing
