COMMUNITY IMPACT REPORT

Our annual Community Impact Report highlights the outcomes of our programs and services that informs our work and demonstrates our commitment to building a strong foundation for children’s health, learning, and well-being. Additionally, we fulfill state reporting and other grant requirements to demonstrate compliance and share progress with our partners and stakeholders.

Kindergarten Readiness Assessment

The 2025 Santa Clara County Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) examines how children, families, schools, and communities work together to support early learning and school success. Using teacher assessments and caregiver input, the report highlights key trends in kindergarten readiness and compares findings from 2023 and 2018 to better understand how children and families are growing and adapting over time.

Inequities Map

This county map highlights inequities across Santa Clara County zip codes using six key community indicators: Medi-Cal enrollment, low birth weight, low maternal education, late entry into prenatal care, child abuse reports, and teenage births. Variation for each indicator is assessed relative to the countywide level and categorized into high, moderate, or low ratings.
